Are you ready for the machine economy? @a16z says it's a $30T economy.

freedom has no borders. neither should money. bitcoin is everyday money.

ran an experiment with an llm yesterday to understand how it would react if it were a life form with bitcoin (energy), compute (metabolism), nostr (communication), zaps (growth) and the llm itself (intelligence/control). the last two responses were interesting.

Careful: address poisoning is evolving.
AI agents scrape mempools, spot active wallets, flood them with dust transactions containing fake addresses. Then they spoof the UX, mimicking legitimate transactions to trick nodes or wallets into approving malicious transfers.
This scales fast.
The fix? Verify scripts & AI agent behavior. Build easy, clear UX. Not just screens that look good but systems that make poisoning attacks obvious.
Security through simplicity.

Maybe we do need AI-driven democracy: Train an AI on citizens' will, use it to make decisions. Periodically retrain with new input. No more politicians, just people's voices amplified. A feedback loop of direct democracy.

The path of life and career winds like a river, each decision a stone altering its course. Change is the only constant. Bitcoin, like all things, rises and falls in the great dance of existence. Embrace the flow, for in resisting it, we miss the beauty of the journey.

Some of the most important questions I ask myself:
Will you opt for comfort, or choose a path of service and adventure?
Will you crumble under criticism, or stand firm in your beliefs?
Will you pretend to be right when you're wrong, or will you own up and apologize?
Will you wallow in self-pity, or rise above and take action?
Will you shrink from hard conversations, or face them with courage?
Will you follow the crowd, or think independently?
Will you let fear dictate your choices, or will you act despite it?
These questions shape how we show up in the world. Not just once, but every single day.

Embrace the clarity of a calm mind, for the fears that haunt us are often phantoms of our own making. Just as we awaken from a dream and see its illusions, so too can we rise from the grip of worry, recognizing that what disturbs us is as fleeting as a night's fantasy.

The concept of an empty chair in the room, symbolizing the customer, isn’t just a tactic; it’s a mindset shift. This chair serves as a poignant, silent advocate for customer needs and perspectives. It’s about embodying the customer’s voice, not as an abstract concept, but as a…

Who said 2024 will be boring? In my opinion the 4th turning from @HoweGeneration is in full play. No matter what is coming out of it, I’m glad to focus on building onchain and increasing financial freedom globally. Everything else is noise

@JeffBezos reminds us of an important truth: 'Any high-performing organization must have a mechanism and culture that supports truth-telling.' It's important to champion environments where truth isn't just spoken, but heard and acted upon. This is important and empowering. I'm…

As we greet the new year 2024, let's try something different. Instead of making a long list of new things to do, how about we focus on doing less? Think of it this way: when our lives are too full, it's hard to enjoy the moments. By choosing to do fewer things, we give ourselves…

To escape the challenges of our flawed financial system, there is one critical concept: the present is the only reality. As you read these words, know that the power to disrupt the cycles lies within this very moment. It's in the here and now where we find the opportunity to act…

The Fed announces a 0.25% rate hike, bringing it to 5.25%. Historically, stable high-interest rates have led to slower economic growth, as borrowing becomes expensive, affecting businesses and consumers alike. During the 1980s, the Fed's high rates caused a recession.
