Email [email protected]. Include the chapter URL, section heading, the exact claim or expression at issue, and—when possible—a primary source or reproducible counterexample.

  • For a mathematical error, include the first step where the derivation fails.
  • For code or a lab, include the environment, command, observed output, and expected output.
  • For a dated claim, include the evidence date and the newer primary source.
  • For an accessibility problem, include the device, browser, assistive technology, and blocked task.

Correction record format

Accepted entries will state the date, affected URL and section, original problem, corrected text or behavior, evidentiary basis, and whether the change alters the chapter's conclusion.
